1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VectorEO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VectorEO is an AI content vectorization platform that crawls client websites, processes content through an enrichment pipeline, and serves AI-ready content via APIs and standard formats.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys
  • You must not share API keys or credentials with unauthorized parties
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit URLs to websites you do not own or have permission to crawl
  • Use the Service to collect personal information without consent
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute vectorized content without permission

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content from websites you submit. We do not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant us a license to process, store, and serve your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Service Levels

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

7. Billing and Payment

  • Free plans have usage limits as described on the pricing page
  • Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe
  • Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at end of billing period
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice

8. Data Processing

By submitting website URLs, you authorize us to crawl and process the publicly accessible content at those URLs. Content is processed through third-party AI services (including Anthropic Claude) for enrichment purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
